The Western Idaho Community Crisis Center supports those experiencing mental health

and/or substance use crises by providing:

Immediate, compassionate care.

Resources to promote recovery.

First steps to stability.

We welcome all individuals seeking a safe environment where they can receive support

in addressing their mental health and/or substance use needs.

GET HELP RIGHT AWAY FOR YOU OR SOMEONE YOU LOVE.

No referral is needed.

Walk-in anytime by yourself or with family or friends.

Kind and caring staff will talk with you about what is happening and how to make it better.

We can help you find resources for food, a safe place to stay, medical care, or other help.

Basic medical screening for safety and stability

Mental health assessments

Immediate access to mental health and/or substance use stability supports

Telehealth - call 208-402-1044 for assistance

Brief and crisis Interventions facilitated by mental health clinicians

Clinical support and assistance for individual and loved one’s in managing crisis

Peer Support Specialists

Recovery Coaches

Assistance and advocacy in accessing community providers to partner in symptom management, stability and recovery

Closed Food Pantry

CRITERIA FOR ADMISSION

  1. Experiencing mental health and/or substance use needs

  2. Voluntary

  3. Medically stable

  4. Not a threat to self or others

  5. Eighteen (18) years or older
